In the private area you can request a new password by clicking on “Don’t remember your credentials?”.
You will immediately receive an email with a new password.
Yes, you can do this by accessing your Private Area, from the ‘Settings’ menu, click on ‘Account’ and enter the new password.
Login as Manager to your Private Area and click on the “Buy” button.
From the shopping cart you can proceed directly to purchase or add Modules.
You will be asked for your billing information and payment method: you can choose between Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.
If you pay by PayPal, you do not need to register for the service and can proceed by manually entering your billing and credit card information. If you pay by Bank Transfer, you will receive an e-mail with the order summary, the data to make the transfer and our e-mail address to which you can send the transfer receipt.
Login as Manager to your Private Area and click the ‘Renew’ button in the top right-hand corner.
The shopping cart opens where you can renew your subscription, expand your b2b customer package and loadable products, or add modules.
At this step you can enter your company’s invoicing data to receive the electronic invoice.
The Order Factory subscription is not automatically renewed, 20 days before the expiry date, you will be notified (with several notifications at regular intervals) to remind you to renew your subscription.
To purchase an Additional Module, log in as Manager to your Private Area and click the ‘Upgrade’ button in the top right-hand corner.
You then enter the shopping cart, where you can add your Module and proceed to purchase.
The Module is purchased for the months remaining until your subscription expires, after which you can decide whether or not to confirm it at the next renewal.
If you decide to pay by Bank Transfer, you will immediately receive an e-mail with an order summary and the bank transfer details.
Please also check your mailbox for ‘Updates’, ‘Promotions’ or ‘Spam’ folders.

The data that can be imported in Order Factory are: customers, suppliers, products, customised price lists, discounts and commissions. The exportable data from Order Factory are the same as those that can be imported, also orders can be exported.
